WONDERFUL! I just finished Danny's adventure with the T Rex in the Dollar Store! It was gripping, fun, easy-to-read, and the illustrations are fabulous. This book (and the series) is exactly what I have been looking for my burgeoning readers in grades 1-3. Some who are just starting to read chapter books and others who have long wanted to but struggled with the length and the text complexity. It may sound over the top, but JR, what you are doing for our readers with your HIGH interest books is a gift to the entire world. The kids who read Dollar Store Danny will grow their confidence and that has ripples that reach to places we can't even imagine. GREAT BOOK!
